I can do hard things.

I SURVIVED! End of Semester one. woooo! Half way done with senior year.
(two meltdowns, too much homework, and little or no sleep for two whole weeks)
Not to mention reahersals! Everyday. oh and work.
But I did it! I am so happy! Life has been good to me.

1. She is funny! She's so great at making me laugh. She always finds a way to put a smile on my face!
2. She is PRO at abriviating words. Second to Aus Brocks himself. She always finds a new word to fix.
3. She has great leadership qualities and handles stress (I would say..) very well.
4. She sings lovely! I love her voice.
5. She is a great friend! She loves to be with others and loves to party on.
6. She's caring and sweet and great at making cookies :)
7. She's such a BEAUTY! seriously, gorgeous girl right here.
8. She's a fashion-ista! (If i may say that..) she has the greatest style and can make any outfit look good.
9. She's strong. (Getting surgery and performing in a concert the same day is strength I say!) But really she's so great.

Unexpected miracles.

Holy HANNAH! Did this just happen to me?
Don't worry, It's a great thing :)
Once upon a time, I was very hurt from a specific someone.
It hurt bad. bad. bad. (I won't go into detail)
But I believe people can change. and this is a total testimony of it.
Please don't ever give up on someone.
Have faith and hope that someday things will change.
It will all work out, I promise dear friends.
I got an apology letter. It was so heartfelt, I couldn't believe it.
I started crying! It was so amazing.
I was so touched. I AM BLESSED. I am.

"The sun hurts my feelings."

Did I tell you that I Intern for the Special Education
program at Edgemont Elementary? well I love it. so much.
The other day Danielle (one of the wonderful aids) told me a great story.
Bryce (first grader, super cutie, has autism AND diabetes) loves the snow!
The day after the first snow..
The sun was shining very brightly and this is what he said..
"Miss Rassmussen! The sun is out!"
"Yeah... it is." (she's just a little confused).
"It's going to melt all the snow!!" Bryce starts BAWLING!
He was so sad, but later I couldn't help but laugh.
He's so cute. He inspires me daily.

I'm a blogger. what can I say?
Time. that word alone scares me.. a little.
or a lot.
It's already November!
College apps almost done.. crazy.
Time flies. faster and faster everyday.
I feel like I'm looking forward to so many things!
Christmas! Tour! Birthday! and then before I know it.. Graduation.
I'm just going to take life by the day. no more "Soon!"
I will focus on today and make it the greatest!
Tomorrow is forever away. (or let's pretend..)

Work-
Left my boss a note! It worked!
yess! starting next week, I officially only work 2 days/week.
more time to actually DO my homework and by Heaven's means..
REST!
My body doesn't love that I am always on the go.
It finally took my back giving out and me passing out for this decision to be made.
I am slowing down. SLOWING way down.
Thank goodness :)
